Farmers
Ancient Rome farm slaves, did all the hard work. The slaves who worked in the roman farms were the people who contributed to the wealth of Rome. They farmed wheat olives, vines and grapes and looked after cattle, sheep and pigs. the slaves also were carpenters and blacksmiths which repaired things around the farm.
